Yes, but due to recent demand, space is very limited. Please contact us to check on current availability. We do not recommend "showing up" unscheduled as you may be turned away.
Our top priority is the safety of our kids and staff. Please use the contact form to make an appointment. If it is an urgent need for care, even temporary, call us first at 410-231-2131.
We will do what we can to assist, and as soon as possible, but understand, we need to stick to regulations.
Yes, we do, but on a very limited basis. It is in our Mission Statement, to support all families, from all income levels. The care of your child should not depend upon your income status.
All kids need a safe place to learn and grow. Again, due to recent demand space is limited. Please contact us to check on current availability. Also, it is recommended if you intend to utilize this assistance program, or any other form of State assistance that you contact the Director at 410-231-2131 beforehand to discuss requirements and restrictions.
There is no requirement for any Center to "accept" assistance payments. We do, because we feel it is every family's, and every child's right to care and to have a proper start to education, regardless of family income or parental status.
The Bay Kids, LLC is the exception to the rule. We do not discriminate for any reason.
YES!!!! It's 12% For full-time enrollment.

All policies are available in the Parent's Handbook. We update this handbook at a minimum every year or more often as required. Parent's are required to acknowledge receipt and understanding of the policies within the handbook. Parent's are ALWAYS notified if there are any updates between yearly releases.
In addition - we do not and will never disclose any personal or professional information, including any form of contact information, to anyone unless at our client's request, or under lawful order by authorities for investigative purposes.
Only when an investigation directly involves our Center will this information be shared.
At registration, you are required to document any and all family members as approved "pick-up" contacts in case you are unexpectedly unable pick up your child. All listed and authorized persons must show valid ID. No child will be released to anyone who is not on your approved pick-up list, AND does not possess proper identification. Typically a driver's license or base ID card will suffice. The Center must be notified in writing if the approved pick-up list needs to be modified, and must include details of changes, i.e., names, relationship status, etc.
To prevent unauthorized pick up, we have limited facility access to the children and staff only, and due to this COVID issue, all pick ups will be conducted outside of the building until further notice
